For me, food is so much more than what’s on your plate. It’s how you source it, how you prepare it, the energy you bring into the kitchen, and how it makes you feel, physically and emotionally.
I believe in whole, nourishing foods, cooking from scratch when possible, and creating meals that are simple, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. You don’t need complicated recipes or restrictive rules to eat well, you just need good ingredients, a little intention, and the freedom to enjoy the process.
It’s not about perfection, it’s about balance. Eating clean most of the time, staying mindful of quality, and still leaving room to live, indulge, and enjoy food without stress.
